BACK ORDER TERMS

1.  We are able to deliver the best price because we don’t hold on our stocks. Our products are very limited and we will ensure our backorders arrive earlier or on time. 
2. We take orders by batch therefore kindly secure your backorders by making advance payment.
3. Kindly check your delivery estimation time before placing your order. 
4. An email will be sent to you within 24 hours after you have placed your order with the delivery estimation time. 
5. You will be provided with tracking number once your orders are shipped from our HQ. 
6. All backorders are strictly not refundable. 
7. If any of your backorders are cancelled due to unforeseen situation, you will be fully refunded. 
8. If your order consist of ready stock items and backorder item, your ready stock items will only be shipped together with your backorder item. Therefore, please make a separate order for your ready stock items to avoid a delay. 
9. Backorder status will be updated in our website time to time. Please refer to your email or click backorder terms in our website. 
10. We will do our best to ship backorder items in accordance with their expected ship date. If this changes, we’ll do our best to let you know.
