SHIPPING POLICY 

All ready stock orders are shipped from our HQ in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We typically dispatch your order within 48 hours on business days (Monday- Friday). Where possible, we try to ship on the same day or within 24 hours. During peak periods, there may be a delay of one day (we will work closely to avoid this). Overnight shipments receive priority processing. The order status with tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships.

SHIPPING - MALAYSIA 

FREE SHIPPING TO WHOLE MALAYSIA WITH RM 90 MINIMUM PURCHASE.

FOR ORDERS BELOW RM 90, SHIPPING RATES WILL BE CALCULATED UPON CHECKOUT

For standard delivery please allow 1-3 business days for West Malaysia and 2-4 business days for deliveries to East Malaysia.

SHIPPING - SINGAPORE & BRUNEI

SHIPPING RATES WILL BE CALCULATED UPON CHECKOUT.

*For shipping out of Malaysia, payment of additional duties and taxes may be required before your order is released from customs, depending on the delivery address. 

The international express courier to Singapore and Brunei takes 2-5 business days.
Shipping rates depend on your region and can be reviewed at checkout before placing your order.
